Contentment and happiness!

Updated: Jul 10, 2022

Although the above has similar connotations, they are very different in their ways.

Happiness is an experience, hallmarked by positive thinking e.g. joy, pride and even laughter.

Contentment, on the other hand, is a long-lasting feeling accompanied by peacefulness and satisfaction.

To achieve both, you will need to stop feeling sorry for yourself and start thinking with a positive mindset.

Only you can make these changes and once you do, your next step would be to move on and be happy.
